Founded

Founded by Ted Zhang and Feng Ou, who were dedicated to making contributions to the travel technology industry.

2003

New Office

Our Shanghai office became our technology headquarters.

2006

First Connection

Our first major Connectivity product was developed, leading to the our rapid growth.

2007

First Partnership

The first Connectivity partnership was developed between Hilton and IHG.

2008

Hilton CRS to Booking.com

The Hilton CRS was successfully connected to Booking.com.

2011

Proccessed 700,000 Room Nights Per Month

Google designated us as a global partner, established a business headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and processed 700,000 room nights per month.

2012

MetaSearch Manager Launched

Global partnerships were developed for Ctrip to IHG and Marriott, and MetaSearch Manager launched.

2014

Tokyo Office

All the top hotel chains were now global partners, we opened the Tokyo office, and processed 1.5 Million room nights per month.

2015

Streamlined Connectivity Launched

After the success of our Custom Connectivity product, we launched a Streamlined Connectivity product that allows for a faster speed to market.

2016

Processed 5 Million Room Nights Per Month

We successfully processed 5 Million room nights per month.

2018

Barcelona, Spain

We opened our European office in Barcelona, Spain.

10,000,000 Room Nights

10 Million room nights per month were successfully processed.

2020

Property Connector Launched

Property Connector launched allowing ARI to flow through both the CRS and PMS with DerbySoft.

20th Anniversary

We celebrated our 20th Anniversary and expanded our Barcelona office, which grew our company to over 400 employees.
