Airbnb and Vrbo have grown dramatically in size and influence over the last several years, and hotels without a strategy to sell inventory on these platforms are losing revenue and growth opportunities.
Once seen as a site for budget-conscious millennials, Airbnb is now the second-largest OTA on the market, with more than 150 million worldwide users and 7 million listings in 220 countries and regions.
On Vrbo, a division of Expedia Group, travelers stay on average 1.2x longer and book 2.1x earlier on Vrbo compared to other competitors, with an average trip length of 6 days. With longer trips booked, Vrbo travelers spend 5x more than other travelers on accommodations and 2.5x more on Vrbo than on other competitors.
However, each site operates differently and uniquely from the other OTAs, requiring hoteliers and resort owners to tailor their listings, pricing, and marketing strategies to capture conversions.

Pricing
Pricing is self-managed, with the following features:
- Account Creation/Mapping on VRBO
- Listings Creation and Distribution

For a portfolio of one to three hotels, BnBerry charges a variable 5.5% commission on produced bookings with a minimum fee of $150/month. There is also an assisted onboarding fee of $1,000.
For portfolios of four or more hotels, BnBerry offers enterprise pricing.
